whatever you want, at long as it elevates your heart rate to that percentage. The formaula for finding this max heart rate here

Went couple thousand meters today in the pool. I was going to finish with an moderate ride with a friend later today, but was hornswaggled into joining a bunch of others with him which I later found out were D1 College, Cat 1 and 2 riders. They were ridiculously fast. :wow :wow

I got taken on what they call the loop, climb and cry ride with indian riding. I managed to last 5 miles into the ride before I had to slow down. In the end we rode over 40 miles and I ended up at least 15 miles behind them when they finished. :complain :cry
