If pushups are to easy for you, I would recommend doing Incline Exercise Ball Pushups, Off-Set Weighted Ball Pushups, Exercise Ball Decline Pushups or Exercise Ball Pike with Inverted Pushups(I can do 3x6 right now with a bit of help and my body is crying by the end).

No Lunges or Calf raises?

Gotcha. :thumbup

I'm boring. I just do a lot of crunches, situps, varied pushups and pullups throughout the day.

The bench squat in this picture is the easy way to do it. I really don't like how it is performed and really suggest hovering right above the bench never touching the bench and holding for 5 seconds before rising up again.

I tried to do a pushup with my feet on the bed and I smacked my face. I feel like Ralph Wiggum.

How do you only run for 1.5 miles? that's my warmup. if I start running, I want to go for an hour. That would be my biggest hurdle to daily exercise, If I am only doing a little, I don't bother.

I think it's easier because it's a mini morning workout. Which would be if it's the only thing you can do first thing in the morning that you can more than likely complete at home. Plus everyone on here is not a marathoner. But yeah it would seem even 3 miles would be a warm up

but I get stuck only running 3-4 days rather than 6-7. I don't like that about me.
