Default what do you like better?

the soreness that comes the next day after a really hard workout or the feeling of not being able to breathe for a few seconds after an extremely hard set of something?

are you refering to not being able to move right after your done working out or the following days? Two different things. But i hate being sore. Usually when I run and i go for long runs I'll run until i can't run throw up then run some more. :sheep

A bit not healthy but it get my endurance back up pretty quick. I don't rec this at all.

as long as the soreness doesn't prevent you from woring out. Personally I don't like the soreness I like to feel the pump but thats it.
