No, that's the final workout test that I mentioned above, there are 3 lower levels of circuit training to prepare for it.

Correct.
I dislocated my shoulder and really just quit working out for about 4-6 weeks, I don't really remember. It hurt for about 2 weeks after then I was just lazy and out of a routine.
