Morning-30 minutes yoga
Around 2pm 20 minutes treadmill 15 minutes jump rope 20 minutes eliptical machine and will do 20 minutes of laps in the pool in a bit.

Today is a long day for me, I do have a session at the gym with a client later on tonigt and hopefully I can squeeze a nice session in for myself or might just end up doing a nice cardio session. However tomorrow morning I gave myself a nice block for weight training and later on that night a nice block for cardio.

Today nothing yet, yesterday a friend of mine hooked me up to his heart rate monitor to help me determine my heart rate and subsequent training levels. I maxed out at 195bpm and maintained an average of 186bpm for a 20 minute time-trial.
I think my resting heart rate is somewhere in the low 50's.

Havent done my cardio for today yet. but will go to central park for a jog later on :)
Question: yesterday wheni went to the gym i wad undecided as to whether i should do my cardio first and then my weight lifting or vice versa. i ended up doing my resistance training first bc i wanted to use all my energy to get the most out of it but when i went to do my cardio my energy was totally depleted :z, i dont know if i should be doing my cardio and my weight lifting on the same day.
