Default What did you do today?

So what did you do today for cardio?

I did some fast walking...like a power walk....not very long because I just stood home all day. Tomorrow will be different. I plan on going to the gym and jogging or elipticaling for about a half hour then weight train for another half ----> again, thats the PLAN, will it happen, who knows but I will keep y'all updated.

20 minutes jump roping-then
20 minutes stair climbing-then
15 minutes laps in the pool and done!

I did a lot of shopping which meant a lot of walking. Usually Sunday is my day to just relax. Tomorrow I will probably run for a mile or two then walk about another mile...I try to do that at least 3x/week.

I rode 102 miles Saturday, so today will be a day to stretch and recover.

20 miles on the bike and 1 hour of stretching.

Hopefully get in 25 mins of treadmill, 20 on the bike, and 10 on the rower.

Morning-30 minutes yoga

Around 2pm
20 minutes treadmill
15 minutes jump rope
20 minutes eliptical machine

and will do 20 minutes of laps in the pool in a bit.

I went to the gym three times yesterday :c60

Went swimming 2 different times (one time around 11 am and the other around 2 am )

I also did a few hours of rock climbing in between that.

Today is a long day for me, I do have a session at the gym with a client later on tonigt and hopefully I can squeeze a nice session in for myself or might just end up doing a nice cardio session. However tomorrow morning I gave myself a nice block for weight training and later on that night a nice block for cardio.

Today nothing yet, yesterday a friend of mine hooked me up to his heart rate monitor to help me determine my heart rate and subsequent training levels. I maxed out at 195bpm and maintained an average of 186bpm for a 20 minute time-trial.

I think my resting heart rate is somewhere in the low 50's.

Havent done my cardio for today yet. but will go to central park for a jog later on :)
Question: yesterday wheni went to the gym i wad undecided as to whether i should do my cardio first and then my weight lifting or vice versa. i ended up doing my resistance training first bc i wanted to use all my energy to get the most out of it but when i went to do my cardio my energy was totally depleted :z, i dont know if i should be doing my cardio and my weight lifting on the same day.
