I slept most of the day, I'm pretty sick.
Last night a friend of mine and I went on a 3 hour mountain bike ride. It was amazing.

Well lets see Sunday I installed some new angel lights and corners in my M3....Then we went out to lunch where i had a huge Steak sandwich with onion's and mushrooms. It came with fries. Mmm. Before the meal I hit a punching bag one time. Then for dinner i had chinese. Hmm did i really do anything productive??

Kinda, I run half marathons right now but I'd like to run the full again in Vegas in December. Need to up my mileage so I'm ready. As long as my knee doesn't get sore like it usually does with that kind of mileage, I'll be fine.
