Hip Hop Abs??
Anyone purchase them from TV?? It always looks like a lotta fun, but I'm always so hesitant with ordering online or via phone. I love to dance and was in the best shape ever when I used to cheer lead. TIA for all your input!

Hey there! Nice to see you joined us over here. How long is a session? I have to say the best exercise is exercise you enjoy doing. This way it doesn't seem like a chore.

Theres a lot of the dvd's so they must be doing something right. welcome.
Not that I would encourage anything illegal, but if you wanted to sample them before you bought them, they are out there as torrents.
