Default Spinning

I love spin classes but they don't seem to do nothing for me even with the highest tension. my legs are fine, Do you think it is really working me out enough or should I just stick to elipticals?
Thanks!

My heart reat is about 190 at its highest at spinning but im safe to assume it is 180ish during the majority of it and then on the elipticals I can easily get to 200.

What are you looking to acheive through spinning? Weight loss, muscle toning?

Let me know, I have some workouts you can probably try. If they don't kill you, they'll probably make you loose weight and tone your legs up a lot.

Tons of climbing?

Btw, you have any recommendations on Rollers? I could use a good set for when it's raining like today.

That cannot be right. That's WAY too high of a resting heart rate. I'm surprised you haven't had congestive heart failure yet.

Mine:
Resting(As soon as I wake up): low 40's. I've seen as low as 39 bpm before.
Resting: Sitting or walking - 50's to upper 80's
Working out: 140-175
