Actually yes. I get intense cramps from time to time on cycle. Shit I'm only taking 100g of protein per day. A third of what I should be. haha

i do the power nap thing. It freaks out my wife. I think I just fall asleep then wake up. then I'm ready to go. I really need it now, she keeps waking up all night long, and I'm only getting about 5 hours a night.

Ahh, yeah I had an old boss that would be totally sloshy, then he'd be like.. I'll be back in 15.. go upstairs in this closet thing that he had pads and junk, sleep for a few, come back and seem like he just downed 8 Red Bulls... hah.
