Default Josh's Excel spreadsheet

I took the log that Josh put together, tweaked it a bit and have been using it. With a shortcut on my desktop it makes it easy to use.

I added a formula to add up my weekly total. the date function in excel makes it easy to fill it in, and i can pop in a race date, and pre enter my training schedule. it's real handy, thanks Josh

I can look at a glance and see that I only get to run every other day and that my weekly totals suck.

Here is the excel file

As you can see, my info is still in there. If you put the current date in the top date box, when you put your cursor on the bottom right hand side of the cell, you will get a +. you can then drag the box down the column and excel will fill in the dates. that way you can fill right up to a race date and then input your training schedule.

pm me for questions and have fun running!
