The Awkard Chair Pose
Try this:
1. Bend your kneesbend the knees until your thighs are almost parallel to the floor.
2. Keep your butt low.
3. Bring your arms up towards the ceiling.
4. Slightly bend your upper back.
5. Hold for 5-10 breaths
For Beginners: Work on bringing your thighs closer and closer to being parallel to the floor.
Advanced Indivduals can try this variation – Bring the hands into a prayer position at the heart. Twist to the right side, bringing the left elbow outside the right knee. Stay low with your knees pressing together and then come back to center and then repeat for the left side.
