Okay... ya'll are right. I just need to suck it up. I think its more the competiveness thing then anything else... but I need to get over that. (Or find a different athletic competitive subsitute for dance.)
I am going to look for a few things this weekend to keep at home... trying to balance on a ball with my legs flailing everywhere isn't something I think I want to attempt in public right now... LOL...
Yup, I am on campus during the daytime, so I think I just need to workout as early in the morning as possible... I was going around 9am to 11am time frame... but if I could get there even earlier then that, it would be best.
I'll keep you all informed as to when I work up the courage to "expand my workout" into weight lifting... I just did the elliptical /bicycle again today. My goal for starting weight lifting is going to be Monday...
Oh, and I don't wear makeup to the gym.... anymore.
