Alright, here is what I've got.
On the pull down bar-
tricep extensions/pushdowns, lat pull downs
Weights under it pull down-
rows, bicep curls
butterfly deck- butterfly
bench press-
bench press, reverse bench, shoulder shrug
leg bench-
leg extensions, curls, could use as a flat bench, could also use for incline/decline pushups putting your hands or feet on the bench
You could do various body weight and dumbbell exercises in the open area. In my opinion all you need for a good workout is a set of dumbbells.
