how I defeat the daily snack attack is by having a lot of good snacks handy so that I am constantly nibbling. In my desk I have raw almonds and some clif bars. I have apples, yogurt and water in the fridge.

one of my foes is eating huge portions. I have to learn to cut my meal in half and wrap it up, before I start eating. So cut that chipotle and save it for tomorrow. you\'ll save money too!
It's funny that you mention that because it seems like a lot of us were grown up on the attitude that, you only eat threee big meals a day and thats it. Nothing more and nothing less.

I think a lot of positive changes are going to be in place for the next generation of kids starting grade school now. Healthier school lunches, no vending machines, PE is now designed differently heart rate monitors are being used. We are making the progress we need to really cut down on a lot of health complications and improve the quality of our lives.
