you and me bro! I do the same thijng, but substitute moes for chipotle. if you saw my post about my encounter with a frozen pizza. you would see that those bad boys have your entire days calorie allotment in one pizza. those cup o noodles and ramen are 100% fat.
how I defeat the daily snack attack is by having a lot of good snacks handy so that I am constantly nibbling. In my desk I have raw almonds and some clif bars. I have apples, yogurt and water in the fridge.
one of my foes is eating huge portions. I have to learn to cut my meal in half and wrap it up, before I start eating. So cut that chipotle and save it for tomorrow. you'll save money too!
