Place the avocado, cream cheese mixture onto the tortilla, top with the turkey, put the baby spinach on top of that, add a few drops of the balsamic vinegarette, then roll up like a burrito.
You can cook the chicken breasts the night before, top the baby spinach with them, carry the vinegarette in a separate container.
