My diet fluctuates a lot.
Since I started working, I've been eating way too much Chipotle (steak burrito, with rice, beans, guac, corn, salsa), and turkey sandwiches (avacado, cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickles, white roll) from the local Ralphs during my lunch hour. I'll usually polish off an entire burrito during that hour or the sandwich if I get that.
Or I eat food that's here in the office, salads, pizza, cup noodle etc..
Breakfast changes as well. It goes from a cup of oatmeal with some raisins / brown sugar, to granola bars, or sometimes I don't eat anything till my lunch hour.
Dinner varies anywhere from a piece of grilled salmon (palm sized), Thai/Chinese take-out, or grilled piece of steak. I think most of the time, if I ate 1/2 a portion slowly, I'd be full, instead of inhaling a double portion of whatever it is I'm eating. Dinner is usually never very consistent.
I still live at home, so dinner is usually prepared / bought by the time I get home. But I think relying on someone else to cook a healthy dinner isn't going to get me anywhere, neither is eating Chipotle every other day..
