Need a weekly grocery list
Finally got off my lazy ass and started going to the gym doing cardio again.
Anyways, I want to change my diet to accomodate weight loss.
What types of foods should I be buying? I work 9 - 6, so on my lunch I usually go out, or I eat at my desk.
I figure oatmeal / cereal is a good way to get started in the morning, and usually lasts me till about 12:30 if I eat at 9am when I get into work.
But for lunch / dinner, what should I be eating / types of food I can get at the store?
