Wrestling is a damn good base, but I really think JJ will round out the game for you. Wrestlers tend to give up their backs by habit and thats a no no in MMA. You want to be on your back in JJ if you are on bottom. It also really helps with positioning. Its one thing to try and punch someone while on the ground. Its another thing to know you have complete control over where they go, how they get there and to do it all with a knee in their ribs while punching their face. :D Since you wrestled, I have no doubt you are familiar with cutting weight, but 210 to 185 is a big drop!
