monday lower
tuesday upper
wednesday off
thursday lower
friday upper
saturday whatever I feel like <-forgot this one
I try and power-pack food at any opportunity, but it gets to the point where im so desperate to find something to eat that I start eating cereal and shaved coconut for example. Moms dont understand. Its quantity, not menopausal organic bullcrap.
I just got a can of GNC whey protein and some protein bars from Rakshas...
The goal is to get a little Cytogainer before long
