Yeah I can understand that , everyones body different. That is a good choice always listen to your body. If u need something a lil more you might want to try to add fruits with non fat sugar free yogurt with organic whole grain toast with some fruit that will give you more of a variety. My nutrionist always recoment that we dont try to put too much into your body like for example have 3 large meals during the day perhaps try a few more smaller healthier meals throughout...He also coined this term of what he calls "grazing" We do have a tendency to snack during the day... In order to help supress unecessary craving for the junk food like oreas and all that stuff. He says that its good 2 prepare or buy a health snack tray that you can have throguh the day with healthy alternatives for snack cravings instead of the oreas for that sweet craving try yogurt and fruit. or veggies and what not. But I agree listen to you body and good luck!

It doesn't quite fill me up the same way, well it doesn't really at all. So my snack comes a bit sooner, but that's fine. Giving up on the "eat at this time and this time" stuff. Just listening to my body, eat when I need to eat.
