Crazy, I've been doing this for the last couple of days already. Eating fruit for breakfast instead of the oatmeal and eggs. I'm trying something completely new for a few months, to compare it to the way I was eating (was still healthy minus the Oreos). It doesn't quite fill me up the same way, well it doesn't really at all. So my snack comes a bit sooner, but that's fine. Giving up on the "eat at this time and this time" stuff. Just listening to my body, eat when I need to eat.
