Thats awesome, Believe me it beat the treadmill and you wil find yourself just running miles on end with out even realizing. this is also a great way to up the endurance level and firm up those legs. Sometimes if you need a break from running because even the lovers of runners gets tired. You migh want to try going to stadium nearbye and running stairs that is amazing workout with fast results, another thing I like to do as alternative is go 2 a stadium work out hurdles and lunges around the track! Yes, I know this may seem a bit odd because it looks odd when ur lunging or do awkard motions around a stadium but again the results are awesome. ! Cheers! Happy Trails!....
