Citrus Breakfast
I know what its to get up at the crack of dawn before a great run not wanting to over due it before you run, While plain oatmeal is great, for me I prefer doing something light 2 such as citrus fruits are always great. Whole foods is a great places 2 get oranges, grapefruits and other citrus. One of those is always a way 2 boost a bit of energy and not fall to heavy on the stomach before the run also helps boost the immune system. You might also want to invest in a great juicers to I love making a good citrus juice with just pure juice to help boost my runs, its a great alternative if you dont like to eat the full fruit get all the good vitamins in a drink!
