OK, to revive a thread. Josh you talked about Lactate stacking in a different thread, stacking is a term I am not familiar with. I do intervals to get me to the lactate threshold so that I can raise it. How can I get faster? I want to be able to go faster, farther. This would be the area I would look into, no?

Lactate is converted to Lactic acid? in what process? to what effect? and does the body sense high levels of lactic acid, and what is the response?

peace
