Ithink what is funny is that you go from a looking at a little readout on a treadmill to trying to figure out how many liters of O2 you have used and multiply that by five.
My polar rs200sd seems to be extremly accurate when it comes to distances, and I think it may be accurate in other areas as well. It has an estimate of calories burned, and without knowing the exact formula it uses, it is still an estimate. However with the factors of age, weight, distance, heartrate, and time, I am thinking it is pretty close. Usually when compared to the treadmill readout, they were similar. If you entered in the age and weight, I would bet your machine is close.
But I wouldnt let the readout allow you to have that extra cookie.
