Those of you who get bored after a mile, are you physically or mentally bored? Ive been running off and on for a few years now and it's always amazing when I run. I never make time to run consistently so when I run 2.5 miles straight I am physically feeling like I am dying but I really love the feeling.
It's the accomplishment, for me. As for the topic question, the past two weeks Ive had the time for my outdoor trail runs and it's been 2.5 miles a day 5 days a week. 12.5 miles a week for the mathematically challenged. Not that much..
