ummm so today i felt super buff

i did:

leg curls 55lbs 15reps 4 sets
leg extensions 30lbs 15reps 4 sets
rows 30 lbs 15reps 4 sets
shoulder presses 20lbs 15reps 2 sets then 15lbs 15 reps 2 sets
bicep curls 20lbs 15 reps 2 sets then 15lbs 15reps 2 sets
