Update on my progress (and how can supplements help me)
I am starting to do pilates every night before I go to bed, and I've lost about 4 lbs total since I started tracking my calories last month.
I would really like to lose an additional 10 lbs before May, is there any supplements that you guys would recommend that could help me acheive my goals?
I normally don't drink any caffeine at all, as I have sleeping problems to begin with.
