Jetter,

Your calorie count seems acceptable, but I think you're falling victim to the numbers game.

Ok, bear with me (another random, absurd Vitruvian analogy):
You have a car. Let's say a BMW, since you all seem to love those :-) You're putting in sufficient gas, and checking oil levels consistently. Everything seems up to par. BUT, you're using dirty gas, and haven't actually changed the oil since 2001. The efficiency of the car goes down dramatically if it is not properly cared for. It may have gotten 30 mpg in 2001, and now it's only getting 22. In another 5 years, it might be burning oil.

Now picture yourself as the car. You're putting in sub-par foods, etc. that are hindering your bodies ability to reach the goals you have.

Take no offense to my below comments

Breakfast
Sausage/Egg/Chese(No Bread) 360: Sausage and cheese? A no-no.OJ 260: OJ? Too much sugar!
Lunch
Subway 6" Sandwich 350
Coke 150: Coke? Definite no-no.
Chips 150: Chips? Go with baked.

Dinner
Chef Boyrdee Spaghetti 250:
OR
Tuna Fish 450: Tuna Fish? Homemade?
Chips 200
Beer or Two 150/piece

Total
2460(this assumes I eat both Canned food AND tuna for Dinner)

Overall: quality protein needs increased across the board, complex carbs need increased, simple carbs need lowered, quality fats need increased, and saturated fats need lowered. I will guarantee that by doing these, the volume of food you can eat will increase, and even the calories may increase. End result will be fat loss though.

Get back to us with more questions, and don't be discouraged by my "tell it like it is" manners. :-)
