I'm Getting Fustrated >=[
Been working out 5 days a week for the past 6 weeks.
Lost, like 6 lbs at best(I think).
Each Morning I wake up, go straight to the gym
Day 1:
All Upper Body, Then Cardio for 15-20 Mins
Day 2: Lower Body, then Cardio for 15-20 Mins
Lather, Rinse, Repeat.
I consume roughly 2000 cals a day...I drink water like its going out of style(the water we have here at work tastes bad ass). Saturday I went in to the gym just to do some more cardio, the scale said I had dropped 6lbs from my start weight.
I don't understand. I know I am adding more muscle, I know I am Doing cardio every day, I am not eating alot, but the weight isnt coming off. Am I doing the subtraction wrong or something?
In my arms, chest, and back especially I can feel a HUGE difference in muscle, I feel much more solid and my strength has increased quite well. Am I losing fat and gaining the weight back in muscle at the same pace or what?
I know I have an assload more muscle now than when I started, and I know the more muscle you have, the more fat it eats for energy..thats why I combine RE with cardio...I think thats about all you can do to make your body eat fat.
I'm still keeping up with the program, but its starting to get fustrating:fire
