So I was playing around with the weight loss tracker and i figured this out. One class of whole milk contains 160 calories and a class of skim milk contains 90 calories. If a person who normally drinks 1 quart of whole milk each day switched to skim milk the total colies would be reduced a lot. So much that it would be 25 pounds of bodyfat. So if you did this and stay with in in 3 years you would theortically lose 75 pounds.
