Being sick is the worst.
Today was a short mountain bike ride, and in a few minutes I'll be going to the rock climbing gym to get a nice climbing workout.
I am thinking about doing the 100 mile ride this Saturday in Ventura before work as conditioning for the following weekends 100 mile in Death Valley. Like I said, my main goal this year is the 200 mile ride in Death Valley this September.
I've also planned out a 145 mile ride through the Valley, over the mountains into Malibu and then along the coast until Newport, and then over into Irvine. That will probably happen in April.
Till then, I need to get back to the gym, I've neglected the weights lately.
