I had my first appt with a personal trainer at the gym today. Basically, I feel fat. My % body fat is 33%.

I won't be able to go back to the gym this week until Friday (which is my next appt), due to Midterms. I picked up some various meal replacement bars that she recommended. I also picked up some yogurt, some fiber1 cereal, some orowheat light bread, etc. Oh, and some salad greens.
Basically I plan on sticking to this diet and I NEED to go to the gym at least 4 days a week. I absolutely hate the way I look and feel. It's absolutely embarassing.
I would like to lose a total of 30lbs (to bring me back to my trim state that I was at 3 years ago). My dad is 61 and he works out everyday and eats great. He has like 15% body fat and weighs 145lbs (5'6"). I have a very good metabolism, and I don't see any reason that I won't be able to reach my goals.
That's about it for now. :az
