have you tried water areobics? i think that since you swim so much if you invested in some of those water weights that are used for water areobics that you could get a great workout.

That's a good idea. Wonder if I should take a class at the gym to keep used to the moves and the whole concept in general? I could then do the workout at home. BTW, I just kinda floated around in the pool. No laps today. lol.
