I have this DVD called "The Firm" for arms, back and upperbody. It's from the 90's and a bit cheesey but the workout is pretty intense. My goal is to do it with 3-5lb weights everyother day when I am not doing cardio. I hope to see results in a few weeks? I do swim nightly. LoveGuinness may be right about my scale...I asked one of my room mates about our scale and she said that home scales are sometimes 5lbs less than professional doctor's scales. So Maybe LG is correct and I am 108lbs! :)
