sportsmedjosh is correct, an eating disorder is more than just an occasional binge or two. in fact, many individuals will have a binge now and then but an eating disorder is a persistent pattern of behavior that interfers with the individuals' daily lives and social interactions. it sounds like all you did was binge eat (no compensatory actions) so please use the term eating disorder with caution as it might spark opinions, belifes, and emotions from individuals who have been diagnosed by a health care professional with having a form of an eating disorder.
