So i though it would be intresting to find out what gym equipment people own. I myself like to work out by myself at my house because I'm able to focus on what needs to get done and not worry about anyone around me not taking their workout seriouly.
Things that I own
- BOSU
- Therabands
- Swiss balls
- Med ball
- Jump rope
- Weighted bar (not a bar for wights)
- Dumbells but I need to work on getting my set back up now that I moved across country
- Lots of testing equipment
