....but now I'm a little confused. #3's last sentence reads "The key is how much you eat and when you eat it.", but I interpret # 4 as the time of day or night one eats doesn't matter as long as you stay within your calorie range. Maybe I'm reading too much into it or searching for a loophole? lol. Does the time of day that your calories are consumed matter if one is trying to lose weight?
