When I try running around the track I can only go for 15-20 minutes tops before I become really tired, and this is going at a fast pace. Running on a tread mill I can go for over 30 minutes easy at a 6mph pace. Any other ideas?

In addition to what you're already doing, you could try some long, slow distance on an empty stomach or immediately following your weight workout. Dave Palumbo recommends maintaining a heart rate of 130 beats per minute or less as the best rate for burning body fat.
Wishing you success in
destroying those 10-15 pounds. :D
