I am taking muscle milk light too..... I only started like two weeks ago and I only take it after I work out and Ive noticed a huge difference with my body, its really toned it up :)
Are you getting the same results as me?
A couple of my girl friends were taking regular muscle milk and they started gaining weight....so if your a girl use LIGHT!!!
My goal is to become more lean and drop some lbs!!
