Well, after the past summer ended, I gave up lifting due to school, but got back in the gym on New Year's Day. I've been working out constantly ever since, and I'm up to 145.
My bench press is at an all time high, 195 (1RM). Can't yet quite lift 200, its been a major barrier.
I still want better results but I think I am hamstrung by an inability to get enough bulk amounts of food.
