well there are certain things i dont do: dressings, mayo, full calorie sodas and juices

so basically in the AM i have a granola bar or bran muffin with coffee (after my workout), lunch is a salad with out dressing or a sandwich with no condiments, more coffee, and then for dinner its usually chicken and veggies or something fattening like pizza if i am too tired to cook
