So it's been awhile since I've posted here, but I finally had my first race of the year! 10k.
Finished in 41:52 on a cold windy day. I felt like crap the entire race, but I keep up with the 6:45 pace pack for most of the race. I had a really drunken Friday and it definitely carried over to the race. Thankfully I made it to the end before I threw up.
All in all it was fun and let me figure out where I sit pace wise for an 8.8 mile race in early May and a marathon in mid-June.
