I'm jealous, I wish I had a workout partner. My roommates are all so lazy and none of them are into diet/nutrition like I am. Whenever they see my protein they make that dude you're getting a dell voice and are like "Duuuuude, is that HGHHHHHHH?!" (mimicing that 'my new haircut' video on youtube). Oh well what can you do.
I guess the only advice, or things to keep track of rather, would be your calorie intake (i use fitday.com). I eat very frequently, every couple hours, and I've started to get a little sloppy with my intake sometimes, so it slows weight loss. I'm trying to cut down for summer. I'm basically the same size as you, ~180-185ish, 5'11''. This will be my summer of abs! (never had them in my life...oh so close)
