The only protein supplement I've taken (very shortly) was one I picked up at Trader Joe's over the summer, forget the actual brand though, it was chocolate and tasted fine to me, taste isn't a big deal.
I'll be using this as a protein source, mainly because when I workout I am not able to get protein in me after, so I'd be taking this before/after workouts, which is what it seems to recommend on the site. I would not be using this to replace wheels. Since I lift only 3 days a week, I would probably be only using it on those 3 days. I just don't want to use it if its going to make me gain weight back on. I also notice I have no energy when lifting sometimes so hopefully taking this before would help with that.
