Muscle Milk Light
Apparently this is the same as Muscle Milk, just less calories. I looked it up and its 160 calories vs. ~400 for just regular Muscle Milk. I'm not looking to bulk which is why I would only take the Light.
I'm at the weight I want to be at now but would like to be more toned and I feel like I haven't been progressing in the gym much since I've been going every week since the beginning of January. I'm currently lifting 3 times a week, cardio 5 times. Like I said I'm not looking to add weight, if anything I'd like to lose a few more pounds - would this be of any benefit to me?
