I dislocated my shoulder doing a 5x15 dumbbell bench the other day.. I was talkin to josh afterwards, from what I described to him he tells me I sublexed it (dislocated and went back into place itself). Since then I've been reluctant to lift for fear of doing it again.
Be careful of how your joint is moving if you do them.
