If you decrease weight then you have to increase lifting. Otherwise if you increase weight then decrease lifting. For instance:do 16 reps for 80 pounds or 18 reps for 60 pounds or else 12 reps for 100 pounds this is how fitness workouts work.

Work under good trainer.
