Fish
Ok, so here's my question:
do you like fish and eat it often? I find that the barrier many people have for reaping the nutritional benefits of fish is a general dislike for the stuff.
Be it the smell, texture, taste, whatever, some people just don't cope well with fish. Some people may choose to use supplements instead.
Being Estonian, I love fish and have no problem eating it all of the time, mostly salmon, herring, mackerel and sardines.
